The aluminium sub-platter of the new Classic EVO is now also available as an upgrade for older The Classic turntables, raising them to an even higher sound level. The high-mass, diamond-ground aluminium sub-platter is machined to significantly improved and lower tolerances and represents a significant upgrade over conventional sub-platters. It adds mass to the entire platter and drive system, resulting in additional damping of noise and unwanted resonance. The improved production tolerances increase speed accuracy, and the extra mass improves short-term speed stability, also called wow & flutter.

ATTENTION: This sub-platter is not intended for the Pro-Ject The Classic EVO, but as an upgrade for the Pro-Ject The Classic and the Pro-Ject The Classic SB SuperPack with standard sub-platter. The The Classic EVO already has this sub-disc!
