Dual CS 518 Manual Turntable

For the passioinated vinyl listener, the CS 518 is equipped with a fully cardanic tonearm and finest pivot ball bearings. The high-quality tonearm can guide even the most demanding cartridge precisely and safely. The high-quality Ortofon 2M Red cartridge and a switchable MM phono preamplifier are integrated into the complete package.

Frame: Solid MDF construction with black foil coating, feet with integrated resonance absorbers.

Turntable: Die-cast aluminium turntable with heavy rubber mat for resonance damping. Solid platter bearing with hardened steel axle, precision brass bearing bush. Tonearm: Gimbal-mounted, weight-balanced tonearm. Solid aluminium bearing construction, equipped with pivot ball bearings. Adjustable tracking force and anti-skating.

Drive: Quiet DC servo motor, vibration-damped suspension. Belt drive with precision-ground flat belt for optimum synchronisation.
