The Sumiko Songbird is particularly well suited for vocals and acoustic instruments. It delivers the sweetest highs over a robust, rich yet clear low-mid range. Like its big sibling Starling, Songbird floats the soundscapes in a very controlled manner. With Songbird, you are in the midst of the naturally positioned instruments in the soundstage, very close to the intimate nuances of the musical material.

Clear and ultra-musical, with just the right amount of warmth, Songbird Low offers a deep and wide soundstage with plenty of detail. You will be amazed at the surprises it offers even on recordings you already think you know. Songbird Low is holographic in a way that approaches that of the Starling. A pick-up whose price is well below the usual range, considering the performance it achieves.
